At Scout Active we want you to be super happy every time that you shop with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a refund, credit note or exchange on full price product within 14 days of your purchase subject to several conditions;

Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase with original invoice/receipt and in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging

Products must not of been worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. A refund may be provided in the case of damaged or faulty item (sorry about that one but we are a small business )

All postage and handling costs on returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty and Damaged Products
All of our products are inspected before we package and send out to you. But mistakes can happen and we too are human, so if your awesome garments are faulty or damaged please email our customer service at info@scoutactive.com.au and we will offer an exchange or refund, delivery costs included.

Standard shipping in Australia is through Australia Post Parcel Post (2-7 business days) - Shipping is a flat cost of AUD $0.00.
Express shipping in Australia is through Australia Post Express Post (1-3 business days) - Shipping is a flat cost of AUD $15.00.
Items ship via Australia Post if domestic in Australia.
